Meet Our Directors!

Stef M.
Stef is our wonderful Site Director here at Hugo! Originally from Wilmar, Minnesota and a graduate of UMD double majoring in Sociology & Criminology with a minor in Psychology. She currently resides just south of Hugo with her husband and three boys. They enjoy spending their weekends at the cabin, in her husband’s hometown of Hibbing, and at the Children’s Museum in St. Paul. Ms. Stef originally joined our team as a part of the School Age program in 2012 but quickly stepped into the role as one of our directors. Ms. Stef values the relationships she builds each day with the families and children of New Creations and loves that her boys are also close-knit members within our NC family.

SASHA M.
Sasha is our Classroom Development Director here at Hugo! She was born and raised in Stillwater, MN and recently made the move to Balsam Lake, WI with her growing family. She enjoys being outdoors, crafting, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Sasha holds an AA degree in Early Childhood Education along with a minor in special education from Rasmussen College and has been a teacher at New Creations for four years. She started in the Preschool Prep classroom and after two years moved into the Infant classroom, before accepting the promotion to Classroom Development Director (CDD). Sahas loves the work she does here and feels blessed to have her son in our amazing infant program.
